    Good movie, but terrible language!

    I remember watching this movie when it first came out and I really loved it. Purchased it and did enjoy it, but had forgotten about all the uses of the Lord's name in vain. Don't think I'll watch it again. Very sad. It would be great if you could get rid of the bad language.

    Good computer tech to see from 1983 to compare to today's computers we have now!

    Original from the VHS thing of the 1983 movie, looks to be remastered or better quality than original VHS, as it has subtitles and captions added too. To see how the best of computer equipment looked and worked from 1983, is awesome but to today's tech, a modern Xeon or Intel i-7 CPU type computer would out-do any of those older computers of 1983, so quite the advancement in our tech to where one of our modern 8-16 core CPU's can replace that entire ROOM full of stuff on this 1983 movie!

    Can eath escape a stupid computer?

    The story concerns imminent total nuclear destruction of earth from a computer war game gone wrong. The teen protagonists who both caused the crisis and work to defuse it, offer a tiny bit of romance on the side, too. Of course, there are logical holes in the story, but that is to be expected. Altogether it is fun, light entertainment.

    War Games DVD

    War Games is a classic movie that I thoroughly enjoy watching. Glad to have it as part of my collection! Matthew Broderick plays a kid who bites off a little more than he can chew. Companioned by Ally Sheedy in this race against the clock to stop Joshua from attempting to possibly destroy humanity for real. The viewer walks away valueing all human life and remembering to make the most of the time you have here by being grateful of those around you and good times shared.
