I contacted the vendor and they send a replacement radio, again incomplete and to make things worse the radio had a broken conector because it was improperly packed on a soft bag. I had to take both radios and out of the two make one good radio. And still I have to purchase the programming cable, when it was suppose to have it. Very disappointed with this vendor.

I tried reaching out to him two times in seller contact section but he never bothered to reach out to me. At least to say he is sorry, he never replied to my messages. I would have tried to work things out with him. This is the second time I am buying headsets from him. The first time I bought headsets from was fantastic, that was why I patronized him again.

No seals on either boxes and both receivers are very loose. I try to contact the seller regarding what I found and he claim there’s nothing wrong with them…
