      Perfect on my wife's antique Beltone tenor banjo.

      I bought these to replace some wonky open-back guitar type tuners that were on the 1930s Beltone tenor banjo that we found in a consignment/antique store. I had to drill out the peg holes to fit, but other than that, they were easy to install. Once I tightened up the tension screws, they worked perfectly.

      Decent basic tuners

      I put these on an old funky banjo. They work by tension, no gears involved. At first I didn’t think they worked but I really tightened them and the banjo stays in tune really well. Getting in tune is a little tricky but once your there it holds. So, it works for me on a cheap instrument. For a nice one I’d spend more.

      Great tuners!

      The Grover Tuners were fairly easy to install on the old tenor banjo. They turn smoothly and the banjo stays in tune. They were delivered on time and packaged very well.
