    Let me just say: best seller ever! I bought a mug from this seller a month or so ago. In preparing it for shipment, the seller accidentally broke the item. I could tell they were very disappointed and I got a refund immediately. Without my asking, the seller said they would look for another one for me. And they found it and here we are! This was then shipped to me quickly, packaged impeccably. And the price was I think the same as the first one (altho I suspect the seller paid more). Huzaah!
