This is the international version of a book that is sold by ASQ for a lot more money. I don't know the content of the US sold book, but I believe I've read everywhere they are the same. The print, page quality, and binding are all of great quality. Quick and cheap shipping. The third photo compares two different ASQ books - mgr of quality versus the smaller CQE.
