There was a problem with shipping due to the government shutdown. The watch was stuck in customs in Alaska for over 2 weeks awaiting customs inspection. When notified of the problem the vendor responded promptly and let me know what the issue was. Once the shutdown ended the watch arrived quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this vendor again!
