    The chimney damper has not been used in over 35 years in the house we’re in, rusted in the closed position . After a few applications of the spray and a small mallet, in started to release. It may take a while to get fully free without some persuasion, but the fireplace can now be used!

    Wouldn’t work without it! The best!

    Oil is the absolute best penetrating oil EVER! It’s been around for almost 100 years. I remember my dad using this stuff in the early 60’s. He was frugal but he said that can of oil saved him a lot of money. Back then it was fairly expensive, but what is it worth when it works to get obsolete parts rusted together apart??

    There is no better penetrating oil.Kroil creeps along the threads of a rusted bolt,even against gravity,and when you see it appear from the threads the bolt is loose! If you have a truck,tractor,bulldozer, or heavy equipment, you need Kroil!
