    Great seller. My only issue is they sell through Amazon and my book came damaged. I did contact to let them know Amazon is shipping their books incorrectly and causing damage. (Which is why I choose eBay and not Amazon to purchase books because this is an issue Amazon has) They asked me if I wanted to return and I told them I would keep it because I didn’t want the hassle.     Item was as described. I specifically ordered from seller because we were both from Florida, so I assumed seller possessed the item in Florida, & would send it directly to me. After I paid for the item the seller purchased the item from a Walmart in Spartanburg SC. So while the seller was representing himself to have the item in Florida where shipping to me would be real fast, the part came from a few states away. This is FRAUD that the seller did not possess the item when I paid for it.

    more of a sleep option

    I got my 5HTP in 50 mg. Ive taken it as described, one before bedtime. Ive noticed I have a really hard time waking up at my usual time in the mornings. Leaving me somewhat groggy. Does it make me happy? Well definitely not in the mornings because I cant focus! During the day when I'm more awake, I find myself normal. I'm not happier or anything like that. So no, it did not change my mood to a positive one. (I battle some depression and mood swings) But it sure keeps you asleep! I wont be buying this anymore but I will take what I have left, on weekends where I can sleep in and not feel groggy waking up to an alarm! So if youre looking for sleeping more at night- this is for you. If you are looking for it to help your mood- steer away, it does nothing for that! at least for me.
