    Pictures were misleading. They showed chargers and antennas. We asked in advance and seller said all radios were good. Received with (3) chargers missing, (2) belt clips missing, (1) antenna missing and (3) bad batteries. Additionally, he purposely made money on shipping which you aren't supposed to do. You're supposed to charge the actual shipping charges. We contacted him and he couldn't be bothered to reply. Steer clear of this seller.

    They were in excellent condition and delivered as advertised.

    The units are used and had been reset to factory standards as advertised. They did have to be reprogrammed to match other similar units in our current inventory but that was anticipated. In that these units can no longer be procured new from Motorola, they were very well priced based on commercial standards.

    High quality?

    Bought this item, says high quaility but when recieved it felt cheap like a toy compared to the official motorola one i had to purchase. Was sent two of these and neither worked with the dtr 550 as claimed.
