This new rack case has no fronts or backs. Outside, the rack is 21" wide, 5" tall and 12" deep. Edges are rounded over for better durability and feel. Black carpet is very tough and durable. Recessed thick grip handle makes it easy and comfortable to move around.

Well built and good value, but smells like paint
Pros: - Well constructed out of plywood and a nice handle on the side - Rack rail corners are filed down to help prevent scrapes - The outside is wrapped in low-pile carpet, and nicely finished around the corners, so it won't come loose or unglued when handling Cons: - Plywood is cut a bit roughly inside around the handle, so there are some splintered parts. Not a big problem, but could be nicer. - IT SMELLS LIKE AWFUL INDUSTRIAL PAINT. It doesn't get better over time, or after drying for a few hours in an oven (yes, I put it in my oven, don't ask). I had to sand the insides and put on a coat of latex house paint, which removed most of the smell. NOT worth the hassle.
