Received incorrect item (right side instead of left), seller took 3 days to respond to initial message, and 24-48 hrs between replies trying to resolve, ended up taking 10 days to resolve the issue. I ended up keeping the item although I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere just to save time. First offer was $14 refund, second was $28, however he refunded $26, so taxes would equal almost $28. Refuses to own up for their mistake and compromise a solution.
