    ZOWeetek portable audio amp.

    Nice small portable mono audio amp with decent power. There are no tone controls nor headphone jack. The controls are top-mounted so they leave places for water or sweat to be directed into the electronics - this was a poor design flaw! on an otherwise very good product. The included mic appears to be a simple crystal type and not an electret. This actually a good thing since other inputs (like musical instruments or contact mics) can be used with adapters to an 1/8" input jack ! Great practice amp!. The unit takes 5-6 hours to recharge using the included 500ma charger. It does not need to be turned on to recharge. The charger still passes approx. 25ma when the red led goes to steady on indicating full charge- so it should NOT be left plugged in.
