Heard this brand has a famous prevalent issue of front wheel rubber slipping off reported by many users. Has not happened to me yet, although I'm only 142 lb and using it for quick ride to neighborhood mailbox and back, perhaps that usage works out in my favor. Item appears inspected and arrived in tough double cased brown box with all accessories. Simply attach on handle with supplied 2 screws and done! It's cheap and works, Thanks seller!

It does go 12 mph, but its a great commute to get to work and home. It does charge with 5 hours, and easy to fold up when taking the scooter on the go. Im weigh 163 pounds and still pulls me up to 12 mph, 8 mph up hill, and 12 mph downhill with built in abs to keep you 12mph. I have put this on a test for a week, and the battery life does hold up to 6 miles.
