    After receiving my item 5 weeks after ordering. My expensive item arrived damaged. The seller then insinuated that we had damaged the item ourselves in order to get a refund. Why would we !!??The item had been broken prior to sending and the seller glued it back together. Stay away from this seller, they were extremely unhelpful when told of the damage and told us to put it back together ourselves!!! Disgusting!!!!

PURCHASED A VINTAGE STERLING SILVER TURQUOISE BRACELET FOR $299 & CAREFULLY REMOVED A DECORATIVE FRAGMENT, CLAIMING THAT THEY RECEIVED IT IN SUCH CONDITION, & ADMITTING THAT BOTH BOXES IN DOUBLE BOXED PACKAGE, WERE NOT DAMAGED, SO THEY WILL NOT HAVE TO FILE INSURANCE CLAIM.
