Initially would not steam out of box but once I removed and reinstalled the brush cover it worked perfectly. Much better price than new. It won’t magical remove all marks and won’t really clean anything but the flattest of surfaces (it couldn’t clean cat vomit out of the texture of a thin treadmill mat) but I am overall happy with it and will be keeping.

It came in perfect condition and works beautifully. Easy set up, use and self clean up. Shipping came the next day!! I have travertine, engineered hardwood and tile throughout the house and works great on all my flooring. Now, I actually don’t mind mopping, the machine glides easily and smoothly across the flooring and my floors never looked more clean. Highly recommend!

The seller responded to my questions immediately and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Tineco purchase. I can’t open the box today (surgery) but the reviews are positive. 5⭐️
