PRO: Paslode Cordless Finish Nailers have always been a favorite tool to have for framing, roofing, moulding or projects. This 16 Gauge Angled Cordless Finish Nailer is perfect for putting up molding fast and the new on/off slide on the battery is a nice added feature to this new model. Also the smaller compact longer lasting battery is nice too. CON: The safety feature can be a pain sometimes, until the gun has a few hours on it. Not sure yet
Bought this nailer 3 weeks ago. The nailer I received has had issues. It won't always fire. I am working with Paslode to come to a resolution. I sent out for a repair once already and it came back with the same reliability issue. They said there was nothing wrong with it. After contacting them again, I am sending it out tomorrow for the second time. If they repair or replace with a brand new one they can save some respect in my book and I may end up liking this product after all. At this point it has been pretty disappointing but I will try to update this comment it they can resolve this issue. Other than that, the size, weight, and balance is great. When it does fire it's awesome. Plastic feels a bit cheap and the seam on the handle opens and moves a bit. I considered wrapping the grip in grip tape or electrical tape to help take the flex out of it. I wish I had just bought this tool from Home Depot so I could return it or exchange it without having to deal with paslode service and tech support. If they can get me a nailer that works I would rate it a 4 star. It may have been a 5 star if it wasn't for all the hassle I've had so far.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great gun!!!
This is my fifth paslode nail gun, and so far I am loving it. I especially like the new design that allows you to keep the battery in the gun in a locked position but without it draining. (Broke so many batteries by leaving them loose in the gun in the older design) The new lithium battery lasts much longer too. Love this tool
I rented this tool from Home Depot for a flooring project and loved it. I don't own a compressor and don't want to. Normal electic or battery nailers don't have the power needed. This tool acts like a hybrid .. with the gas cannisters you get power similar to a compressor based unit. I won't be a heavy user of this tool since I just have occasional home projects to use it for, but it appears to be well built and should hold up well even with fairly heavy use. Worth Every Penny
I only use this for personal use and not business and it is still worth spending the money to not have to set up a compressor and lines and all of the other craziness that comes with air tools. This product is great and i have not had any issues with the use i have given it so far. i would definitely spend the extra for this angled version as i have tried both and the straight version is limited in some areas. you can find it on ebay new or used around 30-40% less than in the retail stores.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great Quality Nail Gun. Love the new battery design that lets you store it in the gun while it is off! The gun performs flawlessly and is powerful enough to sink even the 2 1/2 inch nails. I also love the no Mar tip! Easy to load the nails and battery life is awesome. Easy to load the gas cartridge too. I am a DIY homeowner and it has been a pleasure using it so far. Angled finish nailer.
Having been a building contractor for 32 years I have used the older Paslode nailers, both framing and finish. This new angled nailer is smaller and being angled allows nailing in corners a lot easier. It uses the smaller batteries and gas cartridges which are available in most hardware stores and lumber yards. It still uses nails up to 2 1/2" which is great for most trim and finish work.
