Good nutrition, fills me up and no hunger pains while dieting, very digestible, effective for digesting food as well. Being vegetarian, sometimes the fiber and roughage living plant-based is just a little brutal and these gelatin capsules make life easier. Don't feel guilty using them at all--it really helps me stick to no meat or dairy products.

    Helps with nails

    I take these for my nails. I found in the winter they sometimes crack. This helps. I take one capsule three times a day. This company sell it for a good price so I would purchase from them again.
