A MUST HAVE for bush trips!
I do missionary work in a very remote area of Zambia. This book covers everything you need to know. Build a comprehensive first aid kit around it and you will have the peace of mind knowing you can handle a wide range of medical issues that would have some missionaries in deep deep trouble without it. It can also help you aid others in your travels. People in Zambia die from simple things like diarrhea, malaria, cholera, infections and dehydration, all the time. This book and some inexpensive over-the-counter medicines can save lives, including your own. I've taken 8 credits worth of advanced first aid at colleges.
