  • Stretch the tight muscles that cause pain.

This book has the full body of muscles. Each muscle or muscle combo is highlighted for a stretch. There are pictures of the stretches. I bought the book because I have back and neck issues that can easily be fixed by stretching- correctly. I will always have back and neck issues from injuries but when the muscles get tight or overused, this book shows stretching exercises to ease up that pain.
