    OFFICE PROFESSIONAL 2007 + KEY SOFTWARE MEDIA DISC Bought on Wednesday 7/2/25 from this seller in PA. Showing not shipped on Sunday 7/6 so message asking if can ship on 7/7. No reply but on 7/8 I rec'd an envelope from Amazon Fullfillment Center in NV with a CD in it. Ebay still showed not been shipped. CD was not same as pictured in the listing (Studend Media) but was for Office Pro 2007 Plus. Messaged seller with questions on 7/8 and no reply and then on 7/10 and still no replies ever.

    Buyer didn’t go past picture to read shipping/handling time to see if this product meets their time. Buyer choose economy shipping. Economy shipping is a low-cost shipping that prioritizes price over speed in addition to 5 day handling time. If buyer needed it faster should have selected priority shipping that was available. Was shipped and delivered on time with tracking number. Never reached out. Buyer left negative FB out of spite even though received what was purchased. Buyer Accountability.
