    Seller has apologized profusely and explained that the error happened because the first shipment was damaged, and because what I ordered was the old design and was no longer available, they sent the new version. The pictures were also updated by the warehouse. So even though the mistake was not their fault, they offered me a refund of half the purchase price and I got to keep the item because I could still use it, it just wasn’t exactly what I wanted.

    Item arrived unusable and not delivered after the seller had done extensive research. He personally sent me pictures of Item and damage was extensive. He promptly refunded my money back into my account immediately and profusely apologized, even though it was not his fault!! I look forward to doing future business with this seller!!
