    item was new as described, however just a part of the original box was in the box it was shipped in. the number on the box was the part I needed, but the part I did receive, was not even come close to fitting in the dishwasher, so I can't use it. I probably should have communicated better about it before purchasing it. The item did ship out to me very quickly. I really can't blame anyone, because it was probably in that partial box for a while and the seller had no idea it was the wrong part.

    Great HRM and service/support

    This is my second fuse. I had a red Lg/XL for two years and abused it with my active military lifestyle. It always worked. The rubberized band finally gave out. It was a no-brainer on replacing it with another fuse. I lost 20 pounds and probably was putting too much angle/bend in the band. Replaced the red with an aqua (sm/med) this time. During those years, Mio pushed two firmware upgrades during that time. One brought sleep tracking to the product and the second added functionality. Great folks to work with on the phone if you have any questions. Definitely a great product.

    There is no longer a working app to use with this monitor

    This product is only marginally usable. The company was sold and the app for this heart rate monitor is no longer available. So, you cannot use any of the app-supported functions. If all you care about is seeing your heart rate displayed and/or sending your heart rate to some other app that uses bluetooth, it will do that. It will also show a colored light and vibrate for heart rate zones, but only for the preset zones of 100/120/140... There is no way to customize these values. It may also give you an accurate step count and some other information for each session you use it. However, there is no way to get any of that information off of the device.

    Great Product for Some

    I got a great deal on this tracker. I've had many. But, this product shines where others in the past have been lacking. Fast and easy to read heart rate. That's it. I don't use the app that mio has since everyone complains about it. I wear dress shirts at work and wear this along with it. Get all the regular data there like distance, time of day, etc. I only engage heart rate when I'm ready to start exercising. It drains the battery if you leave it on. I also don't archive my data since I'm only interested in today's results. Great product for me. Battery lasts about 4 days.

    Heart Rate Monitor

    I like the look of this product and I think for the price it is an adequate heart rate monitor. I use it while I'm running and I do believe it becomes more accurate as the length of my run increases.
