    This a a warning to all who may use INTELCOM DRAGONFLY as a shipper. 2 of three items purchased in auction were stolen and 3rd cassette was damaged. The package was opened and resealed with e-bay yellow tape. Seller was responsive from 1st contact and tried to put a claim with shipper with no luck. The refund was prompt. Thx. to seller for all your efforts to correct this. Again, BEWARE of INTELCOM DRAGONFLY as a shipper. This is a shipping company who employees THIEVES.
