As many have mentioned i got no response so i had to file for a return (they make the buyer pay shipping so thats almost not worth the hassle on an item of this price). In the end they did a refund without before i had a chance to ship back the one good stick of memory so im leaving a positive feedback. If they answer messages they would do much better.

Was a little concerned with CPU chip being packed in bubble wrap and in a bubble mailer, but others had received their CPU chips in a similar manner and had no issues.
