The disc under normal light looks Mint, yet when I hold it directly under the light, I can see hundreds of scratches. I started the disc and it works... so I don't know. Maybe it was Buffed or Refurbished. Either way, as long as it works, that is the main issue. Shipping Speed Excellent. Good Disc hard plastic case.
