Custom Fit
This is a heavy duty mount and installed easily with 4 self tapping bolts and 2 "U" Bolts. I was able to install the mount and the winch without having to remove the bumper (as suggested in the instructions). If I had used a larger winch, removing the bumper would have been required. The self tapping bolts fit into pre-drilled holes in the rear of the front bumper. The kit arrived promptly and contained all hardware to mount it and the fairlead. Hardware to mount the winch wasn't included. I purchased grade 5 hardware to mount the winch. No drilling or modifications were required. Bolts up to Kawasaki correctly but not to Harbor Freight winch (fairlead) we purchased for it.
Fit the Kawasaki just fine but didn't fit the most common winches out there - Harbor Freight winches. The fairlead bracket included in this kit is not right for the winch fairlead I got there - It needs to be noted on the listing that it does not work on these very common winches - it took me a major job of making and adapting a new front reducing plate for this specific bracket (the plate in this kit was still too big for the fairlead) to make it compatible with the new fairlead that I had to install on it. I didn't expect this and it was a big pain in the butt to make a new plate when I am disabled/retired. It should have been returned right when I noticed it but I had started installing it so I kept going..... shouldn't have!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
