    The quality of the item was perfect, just as described. The reason for the lower stars was due to shipping. Shipping delays happen, however I inquired about the item taking almost 2 weeks bouncing around the other side of the country the seller responded with “once it ships it’s out of my hands”. It’s actually not according to the FTC, it’s still his problem until it’s marked delivered. Customer service was apathetic at best. I had to spend a lot of my own time putting out a trace with USPS
