Ultimately fixed my problem.
It got here fast. The forward mount/plug was in the wrong hole and it took me a couple tries holding it over my head trying to figure out why it wasnt lining up. Swapped it to the correct hole. I was having very hard 2nd gear shift. Up or down. It completely eliminated the issue in 2nd. Now I have a minimally hard shift in 3rd. Almost undetected but there. Either way.
