    Phone hard to handle, cover too slick. Difficult to delete Text messages, unable to add notes to contacts ,,,short battery life. VERY unlike my Samsung flip phone Convey II, loved it, but it was a 3G phone that Verizon tells me by the end of this year, would no longer work

    As described and works with my post-paid Verizon plan! Battery life seems to be poor compared to other flips I've had (as many others report), even with wifi and Bluetooth turned off and minimal use. Weird searching in the contacts, too (again, many others have reported the same). Other than those complaints, I couldn't ask for more in a flip phone, very satisfied.
