    Just had a chance to open the package. Item came as advertized, New/Open Box. Box was beat up but controller is new. Looks/feels new and is responsive. Extra care was taken to ensure the cable connection to the controller did not sag. That gets five stars. Sagging wires cause these controllers to break. Great seller!

    Seller was awesome to work with. The seller shipped the item quickly. When the item was received it was not working properly. Requested a return and the seller immediately processed the return. Upon some research I found that Glorious software is garbage and installed improper firmware on keyboard. I was able to find firmware that fixed the problem and canceled the return. I appreciate the sellers help and understanding.
