I had used Every man's One Daily for several years. I was very pleased and could actually feel the difference it made contrasted with times before I started it. When I saw the 40+ variety I switched to it as a one time trial for comparison. It seems more suited to me at my current "plus forty" age. The ingredients are not synthetic vitamins, but derived from foods.
