    Definitely worth a 5-star because it’s the exact model I was looking for. I dropped one star because the lift lip on the left side of the tank was broken off and there is a crack in the lid… also on the left side. Neither will affect the use of the coffee maker. I’m sure both were caused by packing and handling. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Bix and Zoe again.

    The coffee required a through cleaning. Needed new needle plus needle cleaning kit. After this was done the coffee machine worked. However the coffee tasted stale. I hope the condition gets better with regular cleaning. Thanks so much . LW
