    Described as tested, but how can you test it with no bulb and the take up reel not working. Tried to contact the seller three times with no response. The shipping was supposed to be 2 to 4 days for $14.99, actuals was September 20 to arrival on September 28th. it is no good to me as needed to be overhauled and a very expensive bulb.
