Description said it was new in original packaging. Then I noticed the weight of jar didn’t seem normal, so I opened the jar and it was only 1/3 to 1/2 full. Next I found the dispenser didn’t work. This product has definitely been used. I contacted seller 2 days ago and have not heard anything back as of yet. I would like to see about a refund.
