    The plates arrived quickly, exactly as described. The packaging was supreme, as other reviews had said, I could tell the seller values their customers. With that said, 2 of the plates arrived broken - I TOTALLY BLAME THE CARRIER (USPS) NOT THE SELLER - just to make this clear! 1 of the plates was the chipped plate the seller contacted me about and refunded me for prior to shipping - very nice of them to do that! I really only needed 4 plates, so I have 5 of 7, which I'll take as a win.

BUT you did agree to refund me one of the $9.95 shipping charges from the two orders since you shipped all FOUR glasses together, per the messages exchanged here on Ebay- I have not received that refund. It was in perfect condition, which was not surprising because it was packaged like the box contained the fragile, precious object imaginable! Obviously much care was taken to ensure it arrived undamaged. It appears almost brand new, making consider purchasing other items in the collection. Very impressed with this seller.
