Excellent Sauder Heritage Hill Lateral File Cabinet
This file cabinet is well made, with extra heavy particle board, but don't knock it because that particle board is thick and good quality. Has a manual on how to put it together , that give you step by step instructions to get it made right. All the parts are there. One of the things I got with this file cabinet that I was not expecting is the files are face forward and not side ways. Works much better for me. So It has 2 rows per drawer, they can be either legal size or letter size, you choose. The top drawer has a key lock, works very nicely. It only locks the top drawer. The file cabinet is everything I wanted in a file cabinet and more. It looks great, high quality, and does the job it was made for. I am very pleased with this and would recommend this to others with out a hesitation of a doubt.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lateral File Cabinet
This cabinet came packaged very securely to prevent damage. It requires complete assembly along with using wood glue. Not enough wood glue was provided, but we had extra. You need to follow step by step instructions. It will take a couple hours to put it together. Without my husband, I probably would have had a hard time doing putting it together on my own. It is an attractive cabinet even though it is pressboard wood. Be careful not to scrape the surfaces when assembling it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I am very happy with my lateral Sauder File. Love the look and it complements the other pieces in my office. The product was easy to put together everything fitted perfectly. Not the best
By the time I got all the particle board pieces put together, I wished I hadn't bought it. Not quality, not all pieces were pre-drilled in the right places, and hanging file folders are the ONLY thing you can put in it because the bottom of each drawer is nothing more than glorified poster board.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
