In my opinion the shipping costs were high. I would expect shipment of this item to cost around $9.00. The item was received within the schedule set by the USPS. She proceeded to insulting me and tell me if she should send me money because I cannot afford to dry clean. She washed a silk blouse in a washer and stains are set. But she is extremely rude and she did not disclose the stains nor provide photos of it in her description.
