    The ST2000NM0011 drive is solid, fast and relliable... so far

    How do I write a review on a product I just got? How long will it last? I hope longer than my ST1500DM003, which died after only 3 years. I run my computers 24/7, therefore I chose the constellation drives each time I upgrade. This one is a little noisy, but not bad. It's designed for enterprise use so quiet is not one of the goals. Good sustained transfer rate, copying over gigabit network I saw 200Mb/s and sustained write around 160 Mb/s. Atto disk benchmark is impressive until it reaches it's limit for sustained transfer, the problem with all spinning drives.

    Solid Hard Drive!

    Love the sounds this hard drive makes! You can tell its durable just from the startup sound! When the hard drive reads and writes it makes you feel like it will last forever. So solid. Decently fast drive too, but it hates fragmentation. I'm getting 124 MB/s and Random Access is 13.1ms
