Very grateful to the vendor for shipping it so quickly. There are some cosmetic scuffs which were called out in the description. I’m super happy with the quality of the chair and saving nearly 50% off buying a new one. I also chose white and light grey knowing it would show wear more. The black models likely look flawless.

It was missing a headrest, which was supposed to be included. A brief email exchange caused them to send the headrest attachment. These folks were very easy to deal with and a credit to eBay. I would definitely do business with them again.

Also, I couldn’t figure out how to use one of the controls once the chair was assembled, I messaged and got a reply right away first thing in the am.
