Not only did they go out of their way to get the item to me via overnight delivery, but they packaged the item extremely well, and even stuck a "caution: electro static sensitive device" sticker on the bubble wrap that they packaged the cooler in. In the end, I wasn't able to use the cooler because it didn't fit in my case, but even then the seller was friendly and understanding. A++ seller!
