No response, was magically given a tracking number through the app that showed it hadnt shipped yet. I made them aware that it was going to deliver passed the shipping date advertised and that we needed it before we left for a trip. Still no response, arrived 5 days late. Had it known this, I would have purchased a different bag. Bag is also sun faded, but not stated in ad and pics did not show it well.

The stains were hard to spot out in the photos but now that I know where they are I can find them relooking at the listing. Hoping they are just surface spots and they clean easily. Seller did accept offer which knocked down the shipping cost, item was just sent in a mailer.
