Dabbson put some good planning and effort in the packing materials. They're not likely to be damaged in shipping! Out of the box, the battery was at roughly 50%. Instructions of what to do first were easily identified... in correct english, and it got a full charge that night. Price for generator AND 200W solar panels was quite reasonable! Materials used for the casing will be quite durable, and it's well laid out!

It arrived in new condition, shopping was FAST from California, and communication about shipping was excellent. Unit included 200 watt Solar Panels! -Unit looks good, works good, and I'm happy with this purchase.

They never gave a concrete time for delivery just “by end of day” we run a horse rescue and can’t be sitting at the door to sign for packages all day long. The first time they attempted delivery we were in the barn feeding. So I was a little perturbed by that and had to wait another day for it to be delivered. Maybe FedEx should have the option to opt out of the signature on their website like UPS does.
