    Got You Covered

    For years I put a plate over my omelettes or my hamburgers for melted cheese. I was in the Chinese takeout one night and I saw them using this cloche like aluminum cover over their stirfry. Wells, I needed to get me one but I wanted it in stainless steel so I could put it in the dishwasher. Found one that was a Jim Beam brand cover and it looked to be the quality I was looking for. Very pleased with the size quality and product of this item.
