    My experience of electroland had been terrible. They are presently refusing to provide refund for a ceramic collectors item that I paid €500+ for. They are blaming it on couriers for breaking it but their protective wrapping was clearly is the issue. Mistakes happen, and hopefully they will work to refund this money - if they don’t I will update this forum as I would presently be very wary about using their service. There current suggestion is that I glue this item back together :(

    Dear,we appropriately packaged the product as we do with all our parcels,but the English post office obviously does not respect its customers,resulting in the destruction of part of the packaging along with the top piece of the product during transport.We immediately agreed to provide a partial refund of your money if you agreed to repair it yourself,or a full money refund as soon as you return the product to us.For damage that occurred exclusively due to the fault of the postal services. :(
