Am convinced it is working, I use it on my feet, legs, neck and shoulders and the feeling of being relaxed is almost instant. I used it on my lower back last night as had some discomfort due to gardening and it worked. Anyway all I can is that the smell is gorgeous and my sleep is improving. The price is reasonable compared to the similar products on the internet.
