Messaged seller 3 times over 25 days only for them to respond to my 3rd message. Yes, took 25 days to respond to my message which I had to follow-up twice. They did not take responsibility, stopped responding to my messages, and by this time the return window closed. Further, they never opened a return case. If a return case had been opened as eBay suggests in cases like these, we would have issued a refund or been able to resolve the issue.
