Boots in the pictures and in hand at first appeared to be in very good condition. Then the soles started to disintegrate and detach from the shoes. Super bummed since I was looking forward to wearing them for work. I contacted the seller and she seemed understanding and accepted my return/refund. Packaging, shipping, and seller were all good. Value was great and I just wish the boots were not damaged :(
