      Seller experience was very positive. Item new as described, packaged well, and shipped quickly. Bubble wrap in box and sculptor credited Experience with building boxed 3D printed Warmachine models is poor. Attempted to glue arm and sword broke at weakest point of hilt above the hand with not much pressure. Resin used is brittle and model is likely to shatter if dropped on floor. Getting the newer plastic kits or 3D printing released Warmachine STLs with more durable resin is highly recommended.
