Pac-Land is protected by the four gems of virtue: Generosity, Truth, Wisdom, and Courage. These four gems are scattered in the four Wonders of Pac-Land, mystical regions separated from Pac-Land by mysterious force fields. The gems are in place to keep darkness and chaos from falling on Pac-Land. <br><br>Recently, someone has invaded the Enchanted Castle, kidnapping the princess and turning it into a haunted house. Professor Pac believes that whoever is responsible for that attack is planning to attack the rest of the four Wonders. Therefore, he has created a device that allows for someone to pass through the force field separating Pac-Land from the wonders. With this device you, Ms. Pac-Man, must recover the four gems and save Pac-Land.<br><br>Ms. Pac-Man: Maze Madness is a 3D isometric view action puzzle game. You play as Ms. Pac-Man and must navigate the mazes while avoiding the monsters. Every time a monster touches or hits you part of your health bar is lost, and if you lose your entire health bar the game is over. If you eat a power dot you will be invincible for a short period of time, and can even eat the monsters. <br><br>The game is composed of a series of theme levels, with each level having four gold stars to collect. You can collect a gold star by completing the level, eating all of the dots in the level, eating all seven hidden fruit in the level, or completing the level's time trial. These stars can then be used to unlock the game's secrets. The original Ms. Pac-Man arcade game is also included on the disc.

    Ms. Pac Man Maze Madness Review

    It's a lot of fun. The gameplay is as simple as the original Ms. Pacman. You primarily use just the D-PAD to move. They took this simple concept and made a full adventure game out of it. It's fairly short, so I can imagine getting it when it was new wouldn't have been a great value, but as a 17 or whatever year old game for less than 20 bucks, it's a great time.

    It keeps freezing at the end

    The game looks great & just like I remember. However, I made it to the goblin level & it keeps freezing 😭 the disc has some very small scratches around the edges, so im wondering if that’s why.

    Great game for Pac-Man fans

    If you like Pac Man or Mrs. Pac Man, you should consider picking up this game. It's a compelling expansion of the Pac Man formula into expansive levels with new power-ups and features. It also has cute animated CGI cut-scenes that are worth watching. Obviously being a PS1 game the graphics are bad by today's standards but I am sure they were considered amazing at the time. Regardless, this is a worthwhile addition for any fans of Pac Man.

    This game is fun and cute

    This game is a great twist on Ms Pac Man. It combines the classic maze concept of the original game but it more puzzle/adventure based. I’d actually argue that this game sticks more to the Pac-Man formula than the Pac-Man World games, which are more of a platformer. Multiplayer mode is fun too! You can play with up to 4 players in a party game mode, or you can play against AI. The original Ms Pac-Man game is on here too.
