Winning bid was less than their online sale price, so they were clearly lying. They told me they would give me a discount code for a future order AFTER I canceled the order and I kept repeating I would not do that, especially because their first offer was $10 off a future order. The auction win was $100 off of the retail price. They cancelled after a week. The neutral response is that this battery arrived okay (thus not negative) but another came with issues. It relates to that very negative customer service experience. When I shared my experience in a review, they demanded I take back my review prior to helping me. I added a note relating that. They ghosted and blocked me as a customer on e-bay (that’s okay).
